iTunes responds
By way of keeping you up to date on my iTunes Music Store page woes, I received the following email from Kerry of iTunes Store Customer Support just 30 minutes ago.
“I confirmed that your podcasts are searching for the incorrect feed from the iTunes side, so I asked the podcast team to look into the situation. I hope to have a resolution for you by early next week. I am very sorry about the length of time this has taken to resolve.”
I’ll post an update when the problem is fixed.
