I can’t believe how this hotel has gone down hill – don’t stay there ever.
We had an engagement party planned there and it was awful – our guests were treated like dirt – staff does not care at all.
My boss stayed there last week and when he got to his room, his wife opened a drawer and found a used condom! Disgusting.

Candles? Are you kidding? Unbelievable. Your room should be free, as should the rooms of all the guests who were affected. Sheesh.
