I can't believe how this hotel has gone down hill - don't stay there ever.
We had an engagement party planned there and it was awful - our guests were treated like dirt - staff does not care at all.
My boss stayed there last week and when he got to his room, his wife opened a drawer and found a used condom! Disgusting.

Candles? Are you kidding? Unbelievable. Your room should be free, as should the rooms of all the guests who were affected. Sheesh.

As for the firefighters... that's another story.;-)

Westin Prince Toronto provides lessons in Emergency UNpreparedness...

If you're thinking of staying in a room with a view, you might want to make sure it's not the "Westin Prince" in Toronto, Canada. Check out this recent case of emergency UNpreparedness. Yikes!!...
